Final Assessments in Cooperation with Makerere University
Makerere University carries out official language exams at our premises. The university acts as an independent and external partner.
From level B1 onwards, these exams serve as the final assessment of our German, French and English courses, which follow the CEFR. Course participants can take the exam free of charge. Those who pass receive an official language certificate issued by Makerere University. This certificate is recognised in Uganda and other East African countries, but it is not officially recognised in Europe.
We would like to thank the staff at Makerere University's Centre for Language and Communication Services (CLCS) for providing a valuable external evaluation of our language courses, and for their cooperation in this process.
Preparation for European Language Certificates
Our German and French courses, as well as selected English courses, specifically prepare learners for European language certificates. These examinations are based on CEFR standards and are administered by institutions that are full members of the Association of Language Testers in Europe (ALTE). The exams are generally conducted at licensed test centres.
